I was trying to change some things in my profile, but when I try to save the changes, it tells me "Sorry, this site does not accept user older than 99 years old". I get that message regardless of what I change.

What did you change?

And probably Down accidentally disabled or enabled some stuff...

Try reconnecting your internet connection too... And be sure to log out and log in before you do it
